SETH RABON
Owner/ Dealer/ Realtor
Seth is a lifelong resident of Horry County. He is the son of Robert Rabon who founded Rabon’s Housing Center in 1975. Seth continues the legacy of offering the best manufactured homes throughout the Carolinas. Seth is a graduate of Aynor High School and Horry-Georgetown Technical College. He is a proud father to three beautiful kids, Paylen, Chloe, and Dawson. During off hours Seth enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
RICK POSTON
General Manager
Rick is a longtime Horry County resident. He is a Loris native and graduate from Loris High School and Coker College. Rick has an amazing wife and three kids, Josh, Dylan, and Madison. He is proud and honored to be a part of Rabon’s Home Center, serving as the General Manager for over 39 years. Rick and owner Robert Rabon are longtime friends with an excellent history of providing homes throughout the community. Everyday Rick looks forward to continuing the customer service experience at Rabon’s Home Center.
Helen Gore
Office Manager
Helen is a resident of Horry County. She has been a part of the Rabon’s Home Center family for 9 years and prides the staff around her for their excellent customer service. Helen is a true gem at Rabon’s Home Center and will forever impact the office as they continue to provide happiness and satisfaction to the home buying process.
SUZANNE WRIGHT
Administrative Assistant
Suzanne has been a resident of Horry County since 1995. She is an alum of Horry Georgetown Technical College where she earned and Associates degree in engineering. Suzanne has a passion for providing unparalleled customer service. Suzanne joined the team November, 2020 and assists in the office and service departments. She enjoys watching the Carolina Panthers.
DUSTIN MARTIN
Sales Manager
Dustin is a longtime Horry County resident. He is a graduate of Aynor High School, Horry-Georgetown Technical College, and earning a Bachelor’s Degree from Coastal Carolina University. He is a proud husband to his wife Kelly and father to his little girl Claire. He is honored to be a part of the Rabon’s Home Center team and looks forward to helping you find your new home.
JOE GOLD
Sales Agent
Joe Gold is an alumni of Charleston Southern University where he studied Business with an emphasis in management. He participated as a collegiate athlete there, playing football and earning all-conference honors and winning two conference championships. He joined the Rabon’s Home Center team in January, 2020. He has dedicated himself to the study of the Manufactured Housing industry and prides himself on his ability to educate clients on the industry and the specific homes we sell. He specializes in creating a comfortable environment where he can help identify and meet the needs of his customers. He married a Horry County native, Amelia Gold (Evans). They live in Aynor where they actively serve Salem Baptist Church.
AL LAWRENCE
Sales Agent
Al has been in manufactured home sales since January of 1980. With over 37 years experience in sales and financing, his specialty is making every home buying experience a pleasant one. Al strives to provide a quality home to meet any budget. He conducts his business with honesty and integrity from the Golden Rule atmosphere, treating you fairly as to honor and glorify God.
JOHN BURR

John is a native of South Carolina. He is a graduate from North Myrtle Beach High School and Horry Georgetown Technical College. John is a licensed realtor and manufactured home retail sales agent. He specializes in manufactured and modular homes sales with a particular interest in helping customers create a doable strategy for tying together land and new homes, neatly packaging both together with one of our many local and national banks. Dylan is from Myrtle Beach. He has been involved with the manufactured home business his entire life and has worked with Rabons Home Center for 4 years now. Dylan played collegiate basketball as well as professionally overseas. Dylan is a service technician for Rabons. He enjoys going to the beach with his kids, playing basketball, and fishing in his spare time.
